convince us it’s all our fault!
They have the gall to take our hard-earned money and then tell us the problem isn’t with their information or products --- it's with our lack of willpower and discipline!
This is beyond shameful. First, it's absolutely NOT true but, more importantly, their message has messed up our psyche.
We've become obsessed with food's affect on our health, correcting our sedentary ways, and weight loss – and then feel guilty every time we "slip up."
Shouldn’t this all be a lot simpler?
For crying out loud, how did we let the food, exercise and weight-loss industries get away with this? How have we let them confuse us so much that we keep buying their useless information, products and services –- and then worry and feel guilty when they don’t work?
Well, late in 2004, I got so fed-up and disgusted with this deplorable situation I decided to do something about it.

I knew I had the single "magical" answer

Is that enough sarcasm?
Obviously, I’m being a bit sarcastic (OK, a lot sarcastic) – but that's exactly how I felt when I started working on this project late in 2004.
As hard as I looked, I couldn’t find ANY information that even closely resembled the TRUTH --- despite the fact that, without a doubt, the TRUTH worked!
Honestly, I was surprised – but I shouldn’t have been, given how much financial incentive the food, exercise, and weight-loss industries have in protecting their $60 billion marketplace.
To be blunt, it's an absolute travesty.
Here we have an epidemic of obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure and there's NO place to go to get the simple, non-contradictory, and TRUTHFUL answers to these health issues.
Well, late in 2004, that's the problem I decided to fix.
